What type of health and safety protocols have you implemented during COVID-19?
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, East Coast O & P has instituted company-wide health and safety protocols to keep our staff and patients safe. We adhere to all NYS and CDC guidelines. All personnel are equipped with personal protective equipment. Face masks must be worn at all times. All patients that we see at our locations must also wear a mask.
What health insurance does East Coast O & P accept?
We accept all major insurances in the tri-state area, as well as over 2,000 smaller local insurances. Some of the main insurances we most commonly deal with are Aetna, Empire BC/BS, Fidelis, GHI/Emblem Health, HIP, Medicare, Medicaid, N/F, Oxford, NYSHIP / Empire Plan, W/C and more.
Does East Coast O & P accept walk-ins?
Currently, due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols that we have implemented, we do accept walk-ins. You are able to schedule appointments at many of our office locations by calling our corporate headquarters at (888) 400-8934. Please be sure to wear a mask when entering our offices.
What do I do if my device is broken?
