What health insurance does East Coast O&P accept?

We accept all major insurances in the tri-state area, as well as over 2,000 smaller local insurances. Some of the main insurances we most commonly deal with are Aetna, Empire BC/BS, Empire Plan, Fidelis, GHI/Emblem, Hip, Medicare, Medicaid, N/F, Oxford, UHC, W/C and more.

Does East Coast O&P accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins at the Deer Park Office, East Coast Store, Westchester Medical Center and Buffalo Main office on weekdays between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For any other special requests, please call the Corporate Office (888) 400-8934.

What do I do if my device is broken?
You can contact us at our corporate headquarters at (888) 400-8934. Ask for the East Coast O&P Practitioner that provided you with your device or ask for Customer Service to schedule an appointment with a practitioner to assess your device. For custom devices, a replacement or repaired device is dependent upon the components and may take up to a week.

  • Additional charges may apply for replacement devices that are not under warranty.
  • We also have a collection of online literature on some of the devices we supply which include some tips on how to care for your device.
Who do I contact if I have questions about a device supplied by East Coast O&P?
You can contact us at our corporate headquarters at (888) 400-8934. Simply ask for Customer Service and let the Customer Service Representative know who specifically which East Coast O & P staff member saw you. They should be able to assist you from there. We also have a collection of online literature on the products we supply, which can be referenced to at any point.
Who should I contact if I have questions about a bill from East Coast O&P?
For questions regarding a bill, you can contact (888) 400-8934 and ask for the Customer Service Department. Please have your bill ready.
